Our vehicle was damaged while stationary in a parking bay by a Courier Guy delivery van — no negligence on our part. We lodged a 3rd party damage claim with Westwood Insurance Brokers over three months ago. Since then, we have received absolutely no helpful feedback despite numerous follow-ups. Each time we are told to “wait for feedback” with no timeline or resolution in sight. This delay is unacceptable and unprofessional. If we do not receive proper feedback and progress on this claim by the end of this week, we will escalate this matter to the Ombudsman. We expected better service and accountability from both Courier Guy and Westwood Insurance Brokers.
We bought packets full of chocolates for our Christmas function for all our employees children.
We found 1 bar of chocolate where the package was sealed, but there was no chocolate inside.

I thought it would be good just to let Tiger Brands know about the incident.

within 24 hours, they phoned me back, apologised profusely and offered to send us a voucher for any inconvenience occurred.

Guys, now this is customer service. I did not even expect anyone to e-mail me back, so to receive a very friendly phone call was absolutely not in my wildest dreams.

Tiger Brands, keep us your good service to your customers, with this you will remain the success that you currently are.

Kind Regards,
