I recommend not dealing with them as when you pay a day late they charge massive interest but when you chase your deposit back at the end of your contract........Good luck. Filled with excuses each time, kept saying its not 21 days yet then when the 21 days pass then they come with all the excuses possible. Very unreliable. Will notify when the payment has actually been payed. Probably 42 days later...
I have been trying to relocate my Vodacom Fibre to my new flat and have waited over a month for them to do anything. I have phoned everyday since the 14th of January and nobody can tell me why they haven't come yet. Multiple consultants have told me they will phone me back and nothing. Should i just cancel my fibre because i have paid for January and haven't been able to use my WiFi. Absolute rip offs. Customer service is non-existent
