Received the wrong order and contacted the store immediately after delivery. My message was opened but ignored because the store was closed, and no one followed up the next day. I paid for delivery, yet I was later told that I should have driven to the store to return the food in order for it to be corrected — despite the store being closed and unreachable at the time. That expectation is unreasonable. Because the food was already eaten, I was told nothing could be done, even though I had tried to resolve the issue immediately and had no other option. The only resolution offered was R15 credit on a future order. Poor customer service, poor accountability, and an unwillingness to take responsibility for their own mistake. I will not be ordering again. If this order was place on uber eats i would have received a refund not a R15
I went with my daughter and sister to cape town fish market in waterfront, firstly our waiter was gone most of the time didnt check up on us if we needed drinks i had to bother other waiters to assist, i asked the our waister (blade) if he can bring the bill the bill comes it was 797 he sees me writing R800 total she screams how can you tip me R3 the other customer turns around to look whats happening he proceeds to say he has 4 kids what must he do with R3 i asked to speak to the manager he says fine ill get him you can keep your R3 i dont want it you could at least tip R50.( at this point tables around us are watching ) blade is a tall guy with dread locs im not happy with my experience at cape town fish market , i been here before never felt humiliated like this before
S240-kaysha service station cc (total Mitchell's plain) I've been going to the store at the garage for a while and always experience bad service from *Lisa J* shes disrespectful towards customers has no customer service. My card declined for some reason and I told her that it isn't my card I think it's the machine I asked her to try again she laughed in my face and said she cant be standing here waiting for my card to approve eventually she tried again it went through. But this wasn't the first time I've noticed he unethical work manners
