Terrible Experience. According to their tracking system my order will be delivered on the 29th November. Its the 3rd of Dec and I have not received my order. Whenever I call, I am told stories. 29th: I was told they dont have a correct address - I gave it to them and was told my parcel will be delivered after 12pm; it was not delivered. Monday the 2nd, I was told there is no record of the call I made on Friday and that they still dont have my address. The lady took my address and said she will make sure I get the delivery sms either yesterday or this morning, that never happened. I call again this morning the 3rd I am told my issue has been escalated; I will be called within an hour or two. Lies and more lies! Nobody called me. I call back, I am told I must call the supplier myself. I am so so tired of the run arounds.

I ordered and paid for a Mellerwaee kettle and toaster from the Vodabucks store on the 6th March 2022. My order was cancelled by them due to a "technical error". I was told that I will be reimbursed. It's the 27th April today and I have not received a penny. Early last week I was told it will be in 7 to 14 days. When I wrote on thier Facebook wall complaining, I was told I was paid last month (March). When I disputed that, they then said I must provide my statement. I was then told they do not accept my electronic screen shot but I must provide a statement from the bank. I used a virtual card to pay and Standard Bank do not do statements for them. I have on numerous occasions asked for proof of payment but being ignored. They are making it clear that they won't reimburse me if I don't give them the type of statement they want. I have lost R799 and I will not give up as I am not rich. I want my money back.
I called Discovery wanted to cancel my insurance as they had just increased my premiums. Rekha Jackdave gave me excellent service and advise. She further on reduced my premiums.
