We had an amazing experience. It was our first time there and will definitely not be our last time. The waiters were friendly and the food was amazing

IGNITE FITNESS GREENACRES
I've been gymming at Ignite Greenacres since November 2019. The equipment is great although they need a machine to do reverse fly's with. The bathroom facilities are extremely poor though. Since I started there the geyser has been a problem. Of course when I signed up there was no mention of the ongoing problem. The geyser still has only luke warm water in the mornings and cold water in the afternoon. Which is unacceptable now but will be totally out of the question during the winter months. It's about 3 months later. I've complained about it numerous times. Nothing has been done about it. The other problem is that there is only one hairdryer in the mens bathroom and for the past 2 weeks it's been broken. I've phoned, sent emails. Nothing has been done. I've asked for them to swap the broken one with one in the female bathroom. It still doesn't work. I gym in the mornings before work so it's essential for me to look professional during the day. Last I phoned they mentioned something about the landlord and them renting the property. That's not the member's problem though. The people at reception are seldom friendly. There's one girl that's always friendly, but the rest.. If i didn't sign up for a year I would have gone to the Virgin Active across the road
