I have lost my father and obviously have exams coming and have tried to request an aegrotat, however I cannot submit on the website. I have made multiple requests to get assistance as I have already missed one exam and am stressed out and anxious. Not to mention the Mancosa app that is does not even work properly and you cannot type to log a ticket. I am so disappointed!
We have previously received great service this time around I am so disappointed! It was not busy at all so for a change there wasn't a long wait time for out order but the service from our waiter was less than sub-par. When we placed our orders it was as if we were bothering her and spoke abruptly. When we paid the bill I commented on the service and she proceeded to tell one of the other waiters in Zulu that "she doesn't care" really disappointed, service was absolutely ridiculous!
I had activated a month to month data bundle for the month of June. I contacted Vodacoms call centre to cancel it in July and was advised by the lady that it was cancelled. In August I was again billed for it, I then contacted the call centre again and was AGAIN advised that it has been cancelled. September and I have contacted Vodacom 4 times requesting cancelation. And they have advised it has been cancelled but im about 200% sure that I will again be billed. I would hate to call the staff useless but the incompetence is almost debilitating.
We stayed over for the weekend and cut off time for visitors is 10 'o clock which is understandable because there are rules and regulations. When we had visitors come in we literally has to sit and fill in an entire permit, they may as well have asked me to write down my HIV status. So much miscommunication and in an industry that caters to hospitality. There is zero hospitality!
