Awesome Service
A very big thank you to Merizelle Bouillon from the complaints department for resolving a matter with a 3rd party company on my behalf. She took over all correspondence with them, whilst keeping me updated continuously. With her help, all issues were addressed and resolved within a few days. Awesome service from OutSurance!

NEVER EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH RAPID RENTALS!!
Please, please, NEVER sign a contract with this company. You will regret it and it is going to cost you a lot of money. All the bad reviews are true. Avoid this rotten company at all cost.
