They are realy a customer centric driven company and provided me with good service, I had a issue and the service recovery was on point. I would like to commend Lucky and his team for the work they did.
Poor, unprofessional service! I did an upgrade on the 2nd of January at the Kroonstad branch. Afer signing the contract I noted that the monthly debit order amount is imcorrect and does not correspond with the packet that was advertised. I notify the staff member and he loaded a ticket for the querry. I received an sms with a ref number. After a few days I received a notification that my querry was resolved. After checking on the mtn app the debit order amount still appeared as the wromg amount. I also then noticed that the extra 2gb data was incorrect and only 1gb of data loaded. Again I contacted the local branch. Another ticket was loaded for the data and the other ticket re opened. After 2 weeks I recieved no joy from the branch and the matter was referred to Trudie who is the area manager. Several mails was send and the only response was that they are working on the problem. My account has since been debited with the wrong amount. Another mail was send to Trudie, even her reporting manager, Neels was cc'd in the mail. My querry has not been resolved yet. So what does this say about this service provider? Not even senior management can be trusted to correct issues. I am not even sure If someone will respond to this review. I can only come to the conclussion that they are not competent to resolve or maybe it was false advertising of the package.
