Absolutely horrible service. I purchased a double door fridge on 16 November 2024. Few days later after setting it up I realised there was moisture in the fridge, it was leaking water down the doors and onto the floor of the fridge, the temperature also didn't stay constant, it fluctuated the whole time. Called Boss Catering and they sent out an agent, not even a technician, who told me and my mother there was a fault on the fridge, the pipes weren't draining correctly thus the water in the fridge, and there's fault with the thermostat, Boss will have to fix it or replace my fridge. The agent then went on to tell complete lies on his report, stating there's nothing wrong with the fridge and we are just refusing to implement solutions he gave us - which he ever even did. Boss Catering then just plainly refused me any further service, they refused to send a technician out, they refused to fix the fridge, they merely stated they will collect it and refund me. When they came to collect it, the documents I was expected to sign said once again something completely different stating that I (the client) said the fridge was not cooling so they need to collect it to assess it in the warehouse. No mention of a refund. When I tried calling Boss Catering, they purposely ignored me on all 3 their lines - leading to almost 30 missed calls with no answer. I couldn't just let the fridge go without the refund. I then had to wait another 5 days for Boss Catering to actually collect the fridge, all the while they kept lying and inconveniencing me. Truly disappointed in this pathetic service. If you ever think about using boss Catering Equipment - DON'T!
Great service. I was assisted by Pierre and I can’t fault the service I received. Enquired on the car and availability on the 3rd of May and a week later I had my new car😁 Thanks guys!
