Excellent Service Delivery
I placed the order effortlessly, received confirmation of my order and the White Roses were delivered as per the commitment made and my wife is extremely happy with the arrangement that she received - stunning! Thank you NetFlorist

Poor service
Installation was performed professionally, but the journey from payment and order placement was a nightmare. No communication, no feedback and an inability to honour commitments made. Still waiting for them to honour promises made. Staff appear to be unmotivated and not empowered to make decisions.

Fraudulent Company (Tryrevblast)
After reviewing "satisfied customers" i made one payment of R1055.00. Eventually received one supplement (which does not perform as stated) and noticed yesterday that 7 other payments of varying amounts have been debited to my account? (Total R6664.00) This is obviously a fraudulent site with a sinister ulterior motive. I am unable to make contact with the company involved, and must question how they are able to instigate fraudulent transactions in this manner?
