Been with OUTsurance for many years, and have always had excellent service
What a pleasure to do business with Eurasian Entertainment. Must be honest, I was a bit nervous, having been ****med too many times before, but I spoke with Olivia at Eurasion Entertainment first, and she settled my nerves. Thereafter I dealt with Sasha, and throughout the process, my questions were answered promptly and proffesionally. My arcade machine arrived in working order, well wrapped, and my son is going to be a very happy boy on his birthday.
Ordered Rabbit Cage from them. (www.dtchickencoops.co.za) All seemed very proffesional and legit, exept for the fact that they only wanted to deal via whatsapp and email. The email address they supply and the one on their website are different, but neither is responded to. They use the comment that they have bad signal due to loadshedding for no voice phone calls. After payment, we became suspiscious and investigated a bit and realized that the physical address they use, is for a Mechanic type business. We contacted the Mechanic shop and they confirmed there was no DT Coops in their building. Never received the Cage, or a refund. Opened a case with SAPS and attempted to get the bank to reverse the payment, but the account was already emptied.
Following my package having gotten stuck in Customs for 17 days, and many calls and emails, with no joy, I resorted to placing a review on Hello Peter. Within an hour, Lunga of Fedex contacted me, and she was very proffesional and friendly, and was able to get my problem resolved within 2 hours. So for Lunga, I would give a rating of 5 out of 5, but unfortunately I had to resort to Hello Peter to get a response from Fedex, for which I give Fedex a 1 out of 5, which means the combined average rating is 3 out of 5. Thank you Lunga for your excellent help, and to Hello Peter, for this platform, giving us a bit of leverage, to ensure we get the service we are due.
Terrible service. Fedex staff do not respond to emails. When one finally manages to reach someone telephonically, they tell you they will escalate the query via email and contact you shortly, only for nothing to happen. Parcels have been stuck in customs for 17 days, with no solution in sight. Use DHL - far better service
My only advice to anyone considering the purchase of a building from SM Structures, is to insist that a completion date is included in the quote, before accepting it, or paying a deposit. Poor Service and Professionalism.
For the last 7-8 weeks, I receive about 3 calls per day from JD Financial Services, looking for a member of my staff. I explain each time that this number is not his personal contact number, and that he will only be returning to work at level 1 of the lockdown. I request that the contact number be removed from their system and they tell me they will. I continue getting calls. I have spoken with the manager Thabile, requesting they remove our number, and she tells me she will, however it does not happen. Other times I ask to speak to Thabile and the operators either hang up the call, or tell me she will call back, but does not. VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!

Only the reinforcement for the concrete is exposed, but will be installed shortly, as they are working with it (well...so I assumed!!) 12 December 2019 The on-site team disappeared. Afterwards, we find out that not all the reinforcement for the foundations was supplied, so the team abandoned site becase they could not do the foundations and were going on leave..... 21 January 2020 We contact SM Structures querying what is going on. 21 January 2020 We receive email: My apologies in the delay of the construction. We have arrived on site and note that materials were not covered." (See 11 December 2020) 07 February 2020 We contact the General Manager Jon-Marco May****, to remind him that the materials are galvanised, and the reinforcements were abandoned by his team. He confirms that he is aware of this, but his lady has sent this without his knowledge. We query where the steel is that was en route. At this stage, we still do not know when this building will actually be erected, if it ever will, but hopefully anyone planning on dealing with this company will glean from the above, that one needs to think carefully before purchasing anything from them.
