TheUnlimted is RATHER LIMITED
This is the worst of the lot . I don't think I've ever experienced such ******* in all my life. I'm surprised this entity is still in business to be brutally honest. They deduct the premiums on time every time. Claim time comes and you get pushed pillar to post you get petty , pitiful, and pathetic reasons or excuses for them to reject your claim. I needed a drivers side leather seat on both my cars to be repaired. They rejected them because has too long a tare (My a milimeter) I kid you not. The other has TOO MANY Tares. Then they only contribute R3000 to R8000 maximum for your dents and scratches.. Why bother? The Panelbeaters charge more than that for a bumper let alone the rest of the car. This entity is just a get rich quick scheme. They pay what they feel if they feel they have to because small claims don't hurt them . court cases are more expensive than the actual claim so they reject it knowing a customer wont bother to lose more on a small claims court case than on their claims.. Smart yet not many have caught on... I WILL NEVER EVER JOIN THEM OR THEIR SISTER COMPANIES EVER AGAIN. Audacity to call it theunlimited HAHA what a joke this is very limited when it comes to claim time people!!

Disappointed that led to the passing of my pet.
I would like to say I am very disappointed that this vet couldn't tell if my pet had pneumonia or anxiety/stress. All they want is for you to go there and PAY a consultation. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY. no compassion for animals or their parents that just PAY PAY PAY. This is even after I had pleaded that I have paid so much already for my pet this year alone for 4 different procedures. What OATHS do these VETS Sign. Id like to read them and try and believe their Deceit. It really is the END of the WORLD. Money is the main focus. Yet Honesty is free.

Disappointed FORMER customer.
My Dog went in for Pneumonia and Passed away after being treated negligently. We were sent to a 24/7 Vet because they don't have 24hr staff yet they have an oxygen machine. Must be an ornament to display their professionalism because those as far as I know should be for 24 HR Vets. They don't have transport to to transfer your pet to a 24hr vet. Then they deceive you into thinking your pet has a chance if you rush them to the 24 hr Vet only to find out that vet on arrival already admitted my dog had no chance of survival. Why the Deceit ? My dog had many surgeries and pulled through. He gets pneumonia and they cant keep him alive. Sad that I still had to pay for his death for their "treatment" of him and get half hearted apologies . I don't blame the Receptionists I blame a so called VET for her ********* negligent attitude. If my pet was cat maybe this Vet would take better care of him. Looks like there is no compassion just after your money. The whole vet industry and the pet medical aids are in on it. Pay monthly premiums they deduct without question. Claim time they have terms and conditions and all other disgusting criteria as lame excuses not to pay then they expect exorbitant payments from state pensioners up front and then make them do the hard work of claiming back from the medical schemes. ***ardly, heartless and thieving industries. Not many follow their oath of the animals' wellbeing. This vet world is disgusting.

Defamation and Theft
I am disgusted with the service and the policy in place at this business. My brother went to look for a part for his van and took his sample with. He did not know that there is a procedure to spray the sample before entering. There was no communication stating such anywhere. Even if there was who gives them the right to spray his sample part? Before leaving he was accused of theft of his own sample part and fined R400. What utter cheek to accuse my brother of being a thief when the actual thieves are this business! They still have his sample and they took R400 from him. Who are the REAL THIEVES here? I will be proceeding legally on this matter for defamation of character and for theft.

Disgraceful service to say the least!
I would like to report the disgusting service of this company. Their Client bumped into me in August 2019 I am STILL waiting for the payment of MY EXCESS to my Insurance Affinity Insurance. Its a disgrace that this company is aligned with Alexander Forbes! For R6000??? I was the victim!!!
