I've ordered 2 products from Vodacom very recently to wich Vodacom used skynet for the deliveries. Both times skynet logged a bad address and did not deliver as promised, i had to wait untill the next week for the products to be delivered. Both times delivery was supposed to occur on fridays. Yet again skynet dissapointed me today 1 september 2023 with a promised delivery before 5pm that did'nt occur - yet again (3rd time in a row). Upon contacting skynet offices I got a promise that my products will be delivered at 6pm today (1 sept 2023) and to no surprise i received nothing. Tried phoning again and skynet office are closed. Yet again logged as "bad address" between 13:00 and 14:00 hour today to wich I made the call to skynet and got an empty promise, this is very dissapointing. I contacted Vodacom and put in a complain against skynet. I will also make sure to post a review on Hellopeter and use social media to make the public aware of the worst service I've ever encountered from any company ever. Yet again with vodacom. Last night the money for my contracts was deducted but on my one contract vodacom *****ed up and went and put my one contract over to prepaid without any notice or consent or any means of agreement. Ive spoken to a supervisor this morning who told me I have to wait untill wednesday next week so they can try and put my number back on contract and if they arent able to then the number will stay on prepaid. I mean this is really ****ing me off now. I use my phones for work and can not be without contact on any of my phones as I will loose business. Vodacom needs to resolve this matter right now. How can they **** thing up in a matter of minutes but it takes days, weeks or months for them to set it right. I need it fixed right now Im waiting for them to call me and set it right right now
Can anyone please assist. I've being with vodacom for more than 8 years and lately all I've had so far is dissapointing and very poor service which makes me think to move to another network. Ive had 3 contracts with them and paid it all in full (settled all payments) after I spoke to them to make sure there will be no fines incured for settling the accounts and stopping the contracts. After settling all the accounts I was convinced to take a data only contracts for 2 of the phones from them. Now I get notifications and balances of wich the payment is a thousand Rands + more than the total amount on the 3 contracts. I have phoned countless times to resolve the matter. I will not take this as this is the second time this is happening to me. Vodacom will have to resolve this issue asap or I will move to another network and stop all my contracts with vodacom.
Please help regarding Discovery. I don't even know which branch of Discovery this is, but I am getting five phone calls daily from Discovery. Looking for Rebecca Segeso. Every time I ask to be removed from the system as I am not Rebecca, but this is not being honoured. Have you gone crazy?!?! Leave me alone!!! I am not a client of yours and I dont want to be one. The calls are coming from 010 045 7035 numbers and similar. Remove me immediately from your lists and please dont even contact me to tell me the matter has being resolved. I will know once you stop phoning me.
Please assist me in a matter regarding vodacom south africa. Each and every month for the last plus minus 10 to 12 years I have being a customer at Vodacom with 2 cellphone and a tablet contracts. Like every month the full monthly amount was deducted from my bank account on the 25 of January 2020 and up to date today the 4th of February 2020 I have not received any of my data or airtime yet. I have phoned Vodacom twice regarding the matter in wich they told me everything will be sorted within 24 hours and this was to no avail. This is a fault made by Vodacom and I will not be held liable for their mistakes. The people I spoke to regarding the matter told me I will receive prorata (nothing yet) for the incident but Im not at all happy with this seeing that when I dont pay ( wich never happened before) they immediately cut my services but when there's mistakes on their side they just bluff and I dont receive what I've paid for. This has to be set right by Vodacom asap as I use my phones for work and this matter is getting me into trouble at work. Vidacom please set this straight
