This pertains to Primi at the V&A Waterfront. The host/manager (Gavin) is extremely rude. We were a party of 7 people. When entering the restaurant I merely politely asked if there was a table with a view of the ocean. Gavin screamed at me asking who he should move out of the way for me yet there were tables available and walked away. I called him back and asked him why is he being so rude. He again screamed at me and said he will give me a table for 10 people and I must pay for 10 meals if I want a good table with a view. Again, I was polite to him. All I asked was for a table for 7 people with a view. If he did not have one he could have politely told me they don't have one. This manager clearly needs anger management. We left and will not support this business again. I will be taking this matter further as it is extremely unprofessional for a manager to raise his voice at patrons. This happened on Friday 3 January 2024 between about 1h30pm and 2h00pm. I request the owners to please review the footage. Gavin needs anger management.
The staff at Villa Bianca restaurant are completely rude! Please train your staff on how to treat patrons. They have an attitude. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were not even greeted and when taking our order the staff seemed like they couldn't even be bothered. Staff seemed fed up to work on the day. Once we were seated we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come and take a drinks order. The food was cold and bland/tasteless. Definitely not worth the price or hype. Do not visit this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
Don't use Kaelo medical gap cover! They are a rubbish service provider! I received a mail stating that my premiums were supposed to have been reduced in January by almost 40%. I recieved this mail in August and the agent simply tells me they're not sure why I got the mail late and I will be reimbursed the money. Its now 3 months later and they're still charging me the wrong rates and are not refunding the overcharges. Everytime I call the call centre I get told to send emails and fill out more and more forms. This provider is plain Kak! I am canceling first thing Monday morning. Please don't bother with these bunch of crooks.
