I cant believe we are still getting fuel yet prices are ridiculously high. Any excuse to betray the customer for gains. I cant believe they are South African owned. Disgraceful
No sense of urgency when renting out your property. Waited 3 months for a possible candidate. Bad communication and hidden costs after the fact. I do not recommend using them for anything. Agent was under the impression that I did not own the property assumed I was acting on behalf of a company thats how poor the effort is in their customer service . Bad service overall. Felt like I was ****med by their exuberant finders fee that was never discussed whilst being hounded for documents the company are money greedy while putting in minimal effort to assist in their clientele.
Telkom has billed me for a device that has been returned 2 months ago the device was delivered then returned to telkom. I requested replacement device , representatives say they will call back how ever they never do. No refund recieved, no device received . No call recieved. Telkom owes me money! We are now on the third month.
Worst service provider ever goes out every month without warning or reason. Horrible customer service with no help all round horrible attitude towards thier customers. Even when the wifi goes out billing is continued . No joy at all , a warning to all do not choose this company go with anyone else.
