Dodgy Snake Breeder
Terrible snake breeder. Ordered a snake from them, the snake was sick and infected the rest of my snakes. A snake I've had for 6 years passed away due to this. I had been trying to contact them for advice, but they just didn't care. They don't want to help you, it is a business for them! I will spread the word about this company, and their dodgy business dealings.

Horrid Krugersdorp Pickup
In December 2019 I ordered an item costing close to 10K. I had experience with takealot before and knew about their unreliable delivery, but I couldn't select the option to go fetch my item at one of their pickup points. So not wanting an expensive item like that end up at the wrong address, I called their customer care line and explained the situation, the person was very helpful over the phone and arranged for me to go pick up the item. When I got to the pickup point in Krugersdorp, everything changed. They could not find my item after an hour (their pickup point looks like a garbage dump by the way) and they said that I needed to wait for it to be delivered. They also got aggressive toward me and said I was lying about the arrangement that was made over the phone. I was treated like absolute ****, and was almost verbally abused by the staff. The guy working there could be heard shouting at another customer over the phone when I got there. I received the same treatment in person when I told them their customer manners are lacking. Will never order from them again, terrible service and customer care. They don't care about you. Their delivery vehicles are appalling as well.
