Exceptional service
What a great experience dealing with the helpful, knowledgeable staff at Ultimate Exotic. They made my experience very pleasant and my son is in love with his new pet. Even for someone like me who knows nothing about reptiles they took the time to explain everything we needed for the setup and how to care for him correctly.

Great Company!
Great online shopping experience. We have been ordering our feeder foods and other reptile products from Ultimate Exotics for more than 2 years now and their service has always been great. We also appreciate all their husbandry advice that we get when we call through to the office! Great stuff guys!

Great Company!
Great online shopping experience. We have been ordering our feeder foods and other reptile products from Ultimate Exotics for more than 2 years now and their service has always been great. Poor communication - my interest in you is directly proportional to your interest in me. I sent a message 2 days ago, no reply. Contacted your CALL-US number, they couldn't tell me what the shelf-life (BB Date) of the REPTI-BOOST was. Tried to contact the ROLF number.... "the number you have called is not available on the MTN network". RALPHIE number just ring, ring, ring, ring, voicemail. Dead-end........helloPeter.

Dodgy Snake Breeder
Terrible snake breeder. Ordered a snake from them, the snake was sick and infected the rest of my snakes. A snake I've had for 6 years passed away due to this. I had been trying to contact them for advice, but they just didn't care. They don't want to help you, it is a business for them! I will spread the word about this company, and their dodgy business dealings.

Be careful - online business scam!
They are taking money for adverti*****t in their online magazine then they don't place your add. They use excuses like the ladies that deal with it have left the company. Be very careful if you consider dealing with them. Very sad - they are damaging the pet industry and possibly ruining a little kid’s dream somewhere.
