Standard bank Fraud
So someone impersonated me and applied for Standard Bank Credit Card. I contacted Standard Bank's Fraud department, blocked the credit card, and sent them the Affidavit and they acknowledged receipt of all the documents etc. Now, Standard bank has given me over to B&D Attorneys for not paying the account fees. An account that I did not open!! I don't even bank with Standard bank!! The fraud department said it was an ongoing investigation!! I mean, what the heck??? Trying to phone results in a dead end!!

Fake, Scam, Misleading...need I say more.
So I signed up on the website (https://creditreportsa.co.za/) hoping to get a credit report. After finding out it's not free I decided not to choose any payment options and not make use of their service. Now I am receiving emails that they want to take me to the small claims court. What a flipping scam!!! I did not sign up for any of their services. Don't use this company. We don't need this right now!

No Ice Cream - False Advertising
I don’t understand why Steers in Queenswood advertise ice cream but when you want to order then they say they don’t have. I mean this happens all the time! Steers, stop false advertising please.

Rude customer service from Virgin Active Call Centre
I just received a call from the call center in Cape Town at 10:23am on 20 Jan 2020. The lady at Virgin Active wanted to ask me a couple of questions and when I did not hear her second question properly she sighed and then dropped the call in my ear. This was flipping rude! Not the way to business and I am now happy I cancelled my gym subscription.
