Very poor service with this hospital. You are taking a risk sending your loved one to his hospital. My mom is 79 and had a fall. She admitted to this hospital on a Sunday night after hours. During my mom's stay at this hospital, many scans and tests were performed, some without the medical aid's authorization. The nursing staff treated my mom like a rag doll - roughly washing her frail skin and hurting her and they had the audacity to say they want to report my mom for not having clean clothes while she had clean clothes with her every single day! She was admitted on a Sunday night, she spent a week in this hospital with the "attending physician" Dr Sobeng Ntlokotsi seeing her once and never again. When I contacted this Dr Ntlokotsi to inquire on my mom's condition and treatment plan, she was rude and outright unprofessional stating that I must ask my sister for an update on my mom's health because she is busy and cannot talk to every family member for an update! That after seeing my mom once. There was no treatment plan in place, and the nursing staff started following their own treatment plan. This has caused my mom's health to deteriorate rapidly. We did however receive excellent service from Dr Brits. On Monday, Tuesday and the Wednesday morning, my mom was able to reply to text messages and to feed herself, on Wednesday afternoon, she started showing signs of slurred speech and started losing almost all her mobility. A scan performed on the Thursday indicated a "suspected aneurysm" which to us indicated my mom must have had a minor stroke in hospital! You should beware of sending your loved ones to this hospital and if you do, if Dr Sobeng Ntlokotsi is the "attending physician", please immediately ask for another doctor to assist as soon as possible. Please Life HealthCare, you can do better than this! My mom is now in a Netcare hospital and receiving better treatment.
I received the wrong product after weeks of waiting. Sent them photos of the wrong product as proof and their response was that the product will be fetched by the courier company. At first this seemed like the correct response but now nothing is happening. This was at least 4 business days ago. Nothing further from them except emails that they must be allowed to fetch the product and that they will refund me. The product would have fulfilled a vital role, now I’m tied up trying to get my money back from them. They also seem like more of an online reseller of other company’s products instead of having their own stock on hand. Beware of ordering from them.
A great store for all your pet needs. Can usually find most of the products in one go. Online orders are a breeze as well. Some products are a bit more pricey than other similar places but if you do local pickup it helps a lot.
They don't stop calling after asking for a quote! I get up to 15 calls a day from them! Please stop calling me!!
I asked this company to assist in getting a damage report of my inverter who had to be asked twice to come around to my place to remove my inverter and the lithium battery to send it to SegenSolar for a damage assessment. This was on the 17th of May 2024. They charged me a callout fee of R1437.50 to remove the inverter and battery. I contacted SegenSolar on 13 June 2023, they deny ever receiving my inverter after I provided its serial number. They can see when it was purchased in 2020 though. The reply from Craig ***ner) was that he will gladly credit me and return the inverter for "pickup" once they receive it from SegenSolar (who denies ever having it). Hopefully I won't need to open a case of theft with the police, but be careful in dealing with this company ...
The store was unable to fulfil my order placed on 24 June 2022. A refund was processed to my account for the order amount and it was received on 19 July 2022 after they were reported to the National Consumer Ombudsman. This after weekly trying to get updates on the order status such as a delivery date or tracking details from this store. The store should not accept orders if they cannot fulfil the order. At the very least, they must offer an estimated delivery date with an order status on their site. No reason for the failure to deliver was offered. The time wasted and now the effort I have to undertake to re-order from a different supplier at a higher cost is unacceptable in my opinion.
Ordered an item on 24 June 2022. It is 13 July 2022 - no update on the order just “we expect to receive tracking details for your order next week”. They are NOT reliable. Stay away as everyone else is saying, likely an online scam!
My Business account with them has been closed without notification with 25 credits in my account! Trying to get my account password reset or a reset link sent to my business email account seems to not work at all. Sent a mail to support@pargo.co.za - no response. Phoning, the phone goes over to hold with "all our lines are busy" and you need to leave a message.
After an inconvenience at a major pharmacy retailer of trying to get the correct supportive pantyhose sizes for my mom, Burhose and specifically Patricia Malfent, has gone out of their way to get new correct pairs delivered to my mom at her home. They replaced the two incorrect sized pairs of pantyhose as well as supplied her with 7 additional pairs. Well done!!
A month after lodging my complaint with TIC that my flight was canceled due to Avianca BRAZIL going bankrupt in December 2018 and that my flight did not take place, I am still awaiting: "Thank you for the email. Kindly note the claim has been escalated to an assessor. You will receive feedback soon. Come one FNB, how can you use such a poor company for insurance on your credit cards? I see no point in booking on a credit card just so that TIC can insure my tickets.
