Very shockingly poor service!
I received the wrong product after weeks of waiting. Sent them photos of the wrong product as proof and their response was that the product will be fetched by the courier company. At first this seemed like the correct response but now nothing is happening. This was at least 4 business days ago. Nothing further from them except emails that they must be allowed to fetch the product and that they will refund me. The product would have fulfilled a vital role, now I’m tied up trying to get my money back from them. They also seem like more of an online reseller of other company’s products instead of having their own stock on hand. Beware of ordering from them.

They said item in stock, but it is going to take 18 days to be shipped from China.
Their website, which is South African, said that the item I bought was in stock, so I surmised a 2 to 5 day delivery. I really needed the item urgently! Lo and behold, the item is being shipped from China, so i can expect it in 18 days. So dont belive when they say "in stock" and dont expect it quickly.

Don't supply correct products paid for!
Products not supp**** correctly as paid for and when brought to their attention, they made every excuse as to why they could not supply the correct product. I would not purchase from them again - the trust is gone!
