Very shockingly poor service!
I received the wrong product after weeks of waiting. Sent them photos of the wrong product as proof and their response was that the product will be fetched by the courier company. At first this seemed like the correct response but now nothing is happening. This was at least 4 business days ago. Nothing further from them except emails that they must be allowed to fetch the product and that they will refund me. The product would have fulfilled a vital role, now I’m tied up trying to get my money back from them. They also seem like more of an online reseller of other company’s products instead of having their own stock on hand. Beware of ordering from them.

20 Feb 2025, 09:32To add to this, this business has still not replaced the incorrect product even though my initial request to replace it was sent to their support email on the day the wrong product arrived which is within their 7 day replacement policy. Also, they do not list a physical address anywhere on their site nor in their email responses to send faulty/incorrect products to. Bad business practise!
