I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service regarding my MSA refund following my retrenchment in August 2025. I followed all protocols and waited the required four months for a January payout, yet I am still being ignored. I have spent over R250 on airtime just to be told the matter is 'escalated.' A verbal promise made on 17 February for a 10-day payout has also been broken. I require an immediate date for my payment before I escalate this to the Council for Medical Schemes.
I’ve had a poor experience with my recent purchase. First, I was **** to about the service history, which I found was non-existent after taking delivery. Second, I discovered a missing locknut and a stripped wheel hub. The dealership’s claim that it was 'safe to drive with missing bolts' is unacceptable. Because I couldn't risk a week of downtime or my personal safety, I paid an independent mechanic to fix the hub properly.
I have phoned on 3 different occasions to change my debit order ( fnb personal loan) dates from weekly to monthly due to the fact that I am getting paid monthly now and on all occasions they told me it has been done. It still is going off weekly and bouncing every time. So if fnb cant fix it and give me a refund for the charges then I am going to change bank asap moving my salary to a different bank until they can do it properly.
Taking out car insurance in September 2018 with credit shortfall cover (which the salesperson didnt mention anything about what the cover doesn't cover) i was under the impression if my car was written off, stolen ect i would not have to pay the bank anything but my excess. So January this year outsurance wrote off my vehicle due to uneconomical repair cost after a accident but refuse to pay my credit shortfall due to these conditions. I asked for these conditions in which they dont pay and they said its in my policy schedule but i dont see anything but the cost of the credit shortfall per month. I keep asking for it and keep getting the same document that states nothing. My shortfall is R20 000 and this morning they only offered to pay R8 000 of the shortfall. So please send me the voice recording of when i took the cover out to proof yourself that i was informed about about these conditions and the documentation also. I will not accept a document i havent sign or seen yet because i dont know when u guys created it. If this story is not solved by business today, i will be going to my lawyers and ombudsman.
