Outdated cardio machines, water stations have been forever leaking
I bought a tv on 23 February and on Sunday 25 February it didn’t switch on, I took it back to Makro and they refused to take it, in short they said I should take it up with Samsung, the manager called the regional manager of Samsung and I asked to speak to him, the guy said in all honest he should not be talking to me, Makro should refund me then they could return the tv to Samsung. It’s Monday 14:00 26 February and no one has called me, the Makro manager said to me Samsung will call me today.
Worst service, I have been waiting for refund for 3 months
