I have moved out the house 2years ago and got tenants in the house struggling to get money out them I have told the lady (MOODLY) how many times to stop the alarm and still she haven't done it please see to it

Rude agent
Agents at meyerton branch is plain rude don't want to help with rentals after phoning RIA louwrens and she doesn't answer my WhatsApp to her but she's online if I phone she just doesn't answer this is bad client service and she's just plain rude

Bad arrangements and customer's care
After paying my car to get it back R41800 I phoned mfc to make arrangements with my next payment THANDI MAVUSO told me everything was sorted on the 26 feb today they 19march they send a guy to my house saying I must make full payment on the amount I made arrangements with and pay my instalment for April who's fault is it if mfc stuff can't do there job properly I'm really upset with them wouldn't use them again
