I just had an awesome conversation with your sales rep Wayne. It makes a big difference when you're talking to someone who is upbeat and makes the conversation personal! Not sure what your claim service will be (hopefully I never have to use it) but if it's anything like the sign-up process, I'll be very happy.
If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a blender on the 15th of July 2020 on the Binuns website for what I thought was a sale price. It was R1.98 and I paid R70 for delivery. On the 16th of July 2020, I received an email saying that there was a glitch on the website causing the wrong price to be shown. They requested that I either get a refund or I should pay the difference. Since I had paid and received confirmation of payment already, I replied saying that I would like them to honour the deal. A lady then phoned me (also on the 16th) to say that they won't be able to let me have the blender at that price because it's supposed to be R1989. She said this was not the first time the glitch had happened. I reiterated that the fact is I had paid and received confirmation of payment. She then said this was not a confirmation of and said they would refund me. She questioned my honesty and integrity. I said fine to the refund because I honestly don't want to deal with a company who doesn't honour a sales agreement and who disrespect their customers. How about their integrity?
Such a great service! Not the full product offering, but very easy process, friendly delivery guy and my stuff was packed neatly. My veg hadn't defrosted. I'll definitely use it again.
I love your products and your delivery is always on time and in good condition. The little something extra that you put in the box shows the care that you have for both the customer, products and environment.

Vodacom your legal/ deceased department is making my dad's death more traumatic than it already was, especially for my mom. Why do they take a week to reply to me even though I replied in 15 minutes? Now they want to cancel the line that I am still querying. And they don't accept phone calls!
