Worst service ever!!!
Worst service ever!!! I bought a sump here and I was told it would take 3-5 days to be delivered. And I even told the lady that if I fix the sump I already have, I’d rather request a refund. I was told that due to the holidays, the refund might take long & I understood. On Monday I was supposed to sort out the cancellation & refund. I kept calling them the whole day, I kept leaving my details with people at vw there. They kept telling me that they will ask someone to call me back. It’s been 3 days now and nobody has phoned me back about my refund because I really don’t need the part anymore. This is the worst service ever!!

Worst serve I’ve ever!
Worst service ever. I signed up with them, they never had a problem with debiting my account. But when it was time for a refund, they never bothered to get hold of me or update me. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve been waiting for my refund. Worst I needed this refund for an emergency.
