Phoned the sales person on friday morning, telling him I will be coming to test drive the vehicle. When I got there, car remote and car battery flat. Car was parked all the way at the back and not even clean. Could not do test drive. Could not even open boot. Sales person didn't really care.
Phoned Barcelos Blu Valley 18:40, person answered "Hello, Barcelos Blu Valley Mall". I was told they are updating their system, I can't order online, but can go to the shop and order there. Got there at 18:45 and was told they are closed.
Eco Boulevard doesn't have 1KG Ribs Strips yet. Why advertise specials if the shops don't have it.
I have sent my line cancellation form on 31-12-2015. I know I got charged for January because I sent it in so late, but I now got charged for February as well. I have spoken to Telkom twice regarding this and they say someone will call me back for a refund. Still no luck. Who can I speak to regarding this because no one at Telkom wants to help.
My ADSL line is been down from 12-12-2015. It now 29-12-2015.<br> Yesterday a tech (Sipho) was assigned to my fault, came to my house, my wife asked what does he need to do and he left. He didn't phone me, now the log shows he was denied entrance. Worst service in this country. today is day 17 of no ADSL.<br>
My ADSL line has been down for 2 weeks now. All they say it is that they are aware of the problem and is working on it. What can be wrong for 2 weeks. If I told my customer that, they will find another supplier.
A few months back my ADSL line starting giving problems. I was unable to use the line for 2 weeks before telkom came out to fix it. 2 weeks ago my line gave problems again and again, it's been 2 weeks and still waiting. I am paying full amount for half a service.
