Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed the order at 11 for delivery between 12:00-13:00. No feedback was given on the late order and I constantly have to phone to find out what is going on.
I have pet insurance with them. Service was fast and effective and the claim was handled professionally.
I posted a review on facebook about my negative experience with this company. Almost immediately after I posted the review I was harassed and threatened by the owner of the company and publicly shamed on her facebook page as well. Would NOT recommend or support this business at all.
