Going against the SPCA's recommendations just to make money. Disgusting.
My friend and I were in the departure lounge waiting to board, after a couple of hours delay, when they announced the flight was cancelled due to lack of staff. Long story short, I have been fighting since October last year for compensation. They finally compensated the first passenger a couple of months ago. After weeks and weeks of emailing and no response, I finally received an email today stating the case is closed, with no explanation or answers to my queries. Never again!
After losing my phone last Friday, I have been waiting since Saturday for Telkom to activate my SIM card. It's now Thursday! Vodacom can do this in an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.
