Alert - Scam
Be aware they impersonate themselves as an Automotive Auctioneer. Their terms (contract) are that you only have to pay deposit to secure vehicle. Outstanding amount payable on delivery. Once funds have cleared they they say bank does not want to release vehicle if full amount is not paid. They have quite a few "Roll players" in place to try and verify that they are verified - BUT THEY ARE NOT!! When making enquiries we were given photo's of different vehicle - when enquired again they insisted we pay full amount which we refused as it is not the terms in contract. Needless to say we never received vehicle or deposit back.......

Return of product due to false advertising (easy assembly) and poor quality product with no effort to refund product.
First of all when the product was delivered, the delivery person even commented “ Good luck with the assembly”. Secondly, I had professional shopfitters in my shop on day of delivery and none of them could figure out how to assemble the cupboard while following the instructions. Thirdly, upon trying to assemble the cupboard the board cracked. Lastly, they could not even manage to disassemble the cupboard to repack in box and this was explained to person collecting it and he took it as is. I am very disappointed that Takealot will not consider a refund as this is clearly false advertising and poor quality for R2319 which I have nothing to show for!
