I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Hifi Corp. The phone I bought has a persistent charging issue, and despite trying multiple adapters and cables, the problem remains. When I took it to the store, they seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and imp**** that the problem was with me. The lack of customer support and refusal to take responsibility for a faulty product is unacceptable. I would not recommend Hifi Corp to anyone and would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from this store.
If there was 0 I would rate them that. Went in with my tank, which I used the previous night, perfectly fine. I asked to leave it so I could go to West gate, they agreed. After an hour or so, I get back, then they say the top part is licking, and they already had a replacement for it, which I should pay for. I knew then and there that I was being ****med. I simply left with my bottle. Just be really cautious with them.
Worst service especially when you are hungry. I made an order, then it kept changing status, from preparing food to pickup, to "oops finding you a new driver". It changed ETAs 4 times, the help chat is very useless, whoever was assigned to me just ended the chat stating that they have not heard from me, yet there were messages there. Then it went silent. I will never order from here again.
I love the internet service, and enjoy swift connection. I also like the fact that they are humane. Sometimes I don't have enough money to pay for the month, and they let me stay connected while I may have paid half the payment. Then I manage to arranage for the rest before the month ends. I love this about them. Life is life, sometimes we have down moments but they know and trust their clients that much. So I am stuck with them. 4 years and counting.
I'm disappointed in FNB. I recently opened a bank account specifically to be able to receive PayPal funds into my SA bank. Withdrew some money from PayPal on Friday, that went well. All of a sudden while trying to check the status of my funds I get E96 user not permitted to use this process. What the hell 😑😑😑 so what's supposed to happen with the money I am waiting for. And why am I being denied access now that I have put money in there. What's troubling is that I have urgent bills to pay for, why not be reliable for once especially seeing its the only bank that can allow us to get funds from PayPal here... Honestly maybe there should be another bank that's able to offer this service, is there any bank or any other way to get funds from paypal besides the Fnb route? It's stressful if your salary comes through this way and you have to start calling banks and all just to get money that's yours and have a troubled time for a service you are paying for.
They just went awol on me and didn't deliver the acoustic sound proofing foam that I bought from then. I am very much disappointed, my emails aren't being responded to and the calls are not answers. This just makes me believe they are scammers
I have been on data contract since last month but my account has not been billed when I try to call I am not getting any tangible help and with current lock down its quite a hassle to get to an outlet. what's up telkom
