I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Hifi Corp. The phone I bought has a persistent charging issue, and despite trying multiple adapters and cables, the problem remains. When I took it to the store, they seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and imp**** that the problem was with me. The lack of customer support and refusal to take responsibility for a faulty product is unacceptable. I would not recommend Hifi Corp to anyone and would advise others to think twice before making a purchase from this store.
If there was 0 I would rate them that. Went in with my tank, which I used the previous night, perfectly fine. I asked to leave it so I could go to West gate, they agreed. After an hour or so, I get back, then they say the top part is licking, and they already had a replacement for it, which I should pay for. I knew then and there that I was being ****med. I simply left with my bottle. Just be really cautious with them.
I love the internet service, and enjoy swift connection. I also like the fact that they are humane. Sometimes I don't have enough money to pay for the month, and they let me stay connected while I may have paid half the payment. Then I manage to arranage for the rest before the month ends. I love this about them. Life is life, sometimes we have down moments but they know and trust their clients that much. So I am stuck with them. 4 years and counting.
