SCOLLECTIONZA - A TOTAL SCAM
I placed and paid for an order on the 23rd of Jan and it now the 27th of April and I still don't have my order. Scollectionza does not respond to my emails or DMs. I tracked my order on their online store and it says my order has been completed but I still don't have my items. So they pretty much take your money and don't give you your products that you paid for, a total SCAM!

Delivery not made and no communication!
Ordered a birthday gift to be delivered to a dear friend, obtained confirmation of the order and delivery date only to find out that the driver was not able to make it for delivery the following morning when I had to call the call centre and all they could say is sorry they will deliver it today. This was a birthday gift so it was quite important for it to arrive on the same day and not the day after. Highly disappointed at the fact that they couldn't even have the decency to come back to me to explain and apologise for the inconvenience when the delivery could not be made.

Yoh Sam has showed us flames... so an update to my last review we still have not received anything from him... He called me and apolgised for not delivering and promised that he will deliver as apparently he just took on too much work and wasn’t able to manage all his clients and deliver as per the contract. He continues to post of instagram his other clients photos but we are yet to receive our photos and album. It has now been 10 months since the wedding and we still have not received our photos. I am always for supporting Black Businesses but it really pains me when we see a black owned business doing not doing right by his black customers.. That is just messed up to say the very least!

Extremely Terrible Service; Not Professional and does not deliver! Got married beginning of September 2019 and still have not received all the wedding photos and video 6 months later! He ignores any emails and calls when trying to follow-up. When you look at his work for example on instagram you will be impressed but that work he does not deliver to all his clients, he is selective so you might be the unlucky ones like my husband and I and not get the same treatment. Am extremely disappointed as he seemed like a genuinely good professional photographer who delivers his best for all his clients but this has not been the case for us.
