Stammers of note !!
Horrible service ,I can’t believe this Instagram boutique.people are crying for their hard earned money while the owner went AWOL with our money ,she even went private on her Instagram because she can’t send our parcels ,you are scammer and we will get you one day .I want my money or my shoes lady

This lady she's a scammer. I ordered in March and got my order in May she sent me a wrong order and made me to return it at my cost. To this date she's ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages, even deleted my comments on her Instagram page. I am not the only one.

This lady she's a scammer. I ordered in March and got my order in May she sent me a wrong order and made me to return it at my cost. To this date she's ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages, even deleted my comments on her Instagram page. I am not the only one.

They are scammers and fraudsters! I placed an order an month ago and I still have not received any communication whatsoever from them. I have sent 3 emails following up with no response. I have sent direct messages via Instagram with no response either yet they are socially active with new posts and stories advertising their products almost everyday. Furthermore, I have been commenting on their posts asking them to respond to me regarding my order and delivery as other customers have as well - However, they have been deleting our comments. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

SCOLLECTIONZA - A TOTAL SCAM
I placed and paid for an order on the 23rd of Jan and it now the 27th of April and I still don't have my order. Scollectionza does not respond to my emails or DMs. I tracked my order on their online store and it says my order has been completed but I still don't have my items. So they pretty much take your money and don't give you your products that you paid for, a total SCAM!

SCOLLECTIONZA - A TOTAL SCAM

I made a purchase of “immediately available items” on the 7th of December 2021 via Instagram account, which were supposed to be delivered to me by latest 30th December 2021 (it takes 5-10 working days). I have done follow up on the provided email ( infoscollectionza@gmail.com) which till today they have failed to dispatch my paid items. I have recently requested for my refund on the said email address and Instagram account but they ignore my messages and life goes on. Don’t buy from them , I’m sure I’m not the first 1 they are scamming and I won’t be the last.
