I lost a loved one and I have a policy with them... So now they don't want to payout. My policy no is 210045 and they are making me run around for nothing.. I called the first time to submit docs and they told me I must pay R530 then funds will be released... They didn't pay out I then called spoke to another lady who said they will callme back they need to check... Then again a guy called sifiso said I need to again pay the total amount of R494 then the money will be release but I now need to pay at their offices not in their account as I did before... Today when we went they are now telling us that the policy has lapsed so where is the money I payed before R534 where is it going to... I need a refund... I have even made a loan to contribute to the funeral thinking when I get money from policy I will pay it off... But they refuse.. I just want my money back since the policy has lapsed
This team is very professional ...all of my queries about other companies good or bad have been attended to and resolved! because of you guys i know how important a customer is...thank you very much for making my views heard..i feel that my opinion really matters .A.Big Thank You to all the staff
Time bank has poor customer service ...the bank has no walk in branch to solve people queries..i have reported ***** in december 2023 till today nothing has been resolved..even if i send email .they don't respond when i call you will end up hanging up because you will hold for long .they don't care about their customers at all.one agent called me once for update and since they have been quite.hey don't update also on the system...its 4 months already no feed back ..i am so ****ed now am tired of buying airtime
Last year 25 .11.2023 my account was hacked i reported the matter...signed the dispute form and i emailed it to ***** for further investigation...i always make sure i callback for feedback..i spoke to Rethabile and innocent's who told me the matter was sent to visa for more investigation i must wait for approval..on the 6 feb ...i got an sms saying matter has been resolved and i will be refunded in the next 5 working days ...i have been calling since then and i see the 5 business working days is over due .i get to speak to a very rude agent called Tebogo who keeps hanging up the phone and he doesn't want to listen to my queury.. everytime i call i give them the case number they all say i must submit the dispute forms ...meaning i must start again with the same process...am i gonna be refunded or not ...i spend a.lot of money calling and holding on the phone for long..can someone please assist R519.99 is a lot of money
On the 25th nov 2023 someone purchased goods online using my account without my permission for. R519.99 Online purchase from Google Asteri London GB from Acc......7455.....25Nov 18:40 ...i had my card with and everytime there is a transaction you get an opt no to approve but funny i didn't get nothing instead a message above that R519.99 was used...tried calling the ***** line which just give voice promts also send email ...no reply
Lost my phone..it was using dual sim. I blocked the phone got itc number.. reported at saps and got a case number...then emailed all the docs to claims department...they refuse to assist saying I .need to block the second sim and get an itc number ..I did know that there was another sim card in the phone because I never ever opened the phone before.apparently my 12 year old son put the telkom sim in the phone...I managed to get the number and tried to block the sim and get itc number.was told the sim was deactivated because it hasn't been working for more that 6 months. And they can't activate it because the number was been given to someone else...I have been.a loyal paying customer for all these years and they are still debiting me even when the know I don't have a phone .. they are refusing to assist
I have taken out a contract with cell c and my phone was insured under c surance...my phone got lost on the 25.01.2020 and the claim went through and I called one agent told me it was approved I must wait for an SMS they will give me the amount I must pay ...no SMS received I called again ,since this wasn't my first incident or should I say the claim .. I don't know if the agents I'm speaking with are writing notes on the system or not...they keep telling me to phone back and do a follow up ..ticket no 124302 ...every time I call they tell me the matter is being transferred to a relevant department ..they are still waiting for feed back it's over a month and I was told to wait 21 days..I have not received feedback from c surance and they also said they will send me an email I haven't received no email and call from them .not sure how long will this take they now hung up the phone and a person waits long holding ..this I really frustrating at that time I am still paying insurance for the phone I don't even have...this is poor customer service and I am an unhappy customer ...why don't the just do a follow up and give me feed back...they just don't update anything on their system and this is poor customer service
