medipost USELESS
The most useless company and that's a compliment.. need a negative rating, after emailing and phoning numerous times and confirming they still get the address wrong many times for chronic medication, which can be life and death, and this is an ongoing problem with them, even the courier companies say how useless they are, it must stem from the ceo down as this has been ongoing for years

Medipost *******
Medipost actually needs a negative rating but the option isn't there for that, after seeing promised call back from 09h00 and eventually me calling them back at 15h30, 6.5hrs later only to be sent from 1 operator to the next and still getting nowhere as to why my monthly charge has gone up by 1000% for exactly the same things. Useless is a huge compliment for medipost and that goes from the so called ceo down.

Don pinnock and daily maverick lies
Don Pinnock lies in every single article he writes just to get articles published. daily maverick doesn't check the relevant info and just publish the articles, daily maverick should be shut down and Don pinnock should be locked up for repeatedly misinforming the public and lying

Medipost incompetence still
Unfortunately we can't give negative reviews as they would get negative 5..... 5 months in a row battling with medipost for CHRONIC MEDICATION even after all the promises from them, the complaints department is non existent as they never get back to a person same problem 5 months in a row !!!! I definately don't recommend them, not even for a panado!!!!!

Medipost useless company
My son and i are on chronic medication and for the last 4 months after promises we never get our medication on time and when promised, Tanya was the only helpfull lady there that called back and got our things delivered at the time she said she would, a week after it should have been but the day after speaking to Tanya, michelle lies and never calls back or does what she promises to do, customer complaints is a joke and never responds. makes you wonder what type of person victor ramathesele the so called ceo

Shocking company
Don't respond to alarms and charge you exorbitant price for a lithium battery and then put a normal lead acid battery and after 2 months refuse to replace or refund a person when the bew battery packs up.. to give them a compliment they are useless.

Incompetent
Explained to them why I wanted to switch to them and they said would never happen with them, they would respond to alarm within 2 minutes, they take over 10 minutes, their operator when asked why they take so long to call responds with I was on another call.. 10 minutes for an armed Response call, and that's if they call... my family's security is worth more than that clearly they don't know what they are doing and don't care etc. It still didn't change after calling Jaco a few times and he said it would change

Refund for products bought.
Taken from 02 june till now and still no refund on products bought from them, and this after numerous promises and dates on when refund will happen, including from the financial manager, Paddy. Says alot about the company!!!!

Totally useless, dont stick to their word, keep avoiding answering queries and keep extending deadline dates for deliveries as promised by them!
