On the (20/06/2025) I ordered 3 Items from Phat Galz Boutique Order #40720. To my surprise, only 2 items were delivered, item 6727 and item 6733. My 3rd item 6694 was not delivered. On the 2025/06/23 I sent them an email to enquire about my 3rd item and they responded on the 24 Jun 2025, and I was told they are still waiting for this dress, however I can make a replacement for dresses that available. On the 28 Jun 2025, I sent another email with two other dresses from their online store and requested that they replace my order with one of those dresses, to date I did not receive any feedback. I followed up with another email on the 2 July 2025, still no reply. Mind you the same enquiries on email, I was also making them on their WhatsApp number, but still no response. I have requested for a refund via their WhatsApp number on the 7 July 2025 and they responded that they will fix this and they are sorry for the inconvenience with my order. Today on 8 July 2025, I sent them another dress to replace with or refund me my money and they said they will request for it. Every time I try to call their WhatsApp number, they hung-up and say they will call me back but they never return my call. I think I have tried from my side to get assistance from these people and I am left with no choice but to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman. It seems all this bad publicity from Hello Peter is not working, already there are 42 unhappy customers, not even a single 5 star review from a happy customer, because they are not changing their behavior. Why accept an order of an item that is out of stock. If supporting black business means being frustrated like this, akuyekwe.
I am really having a terrible experience with Pay Just Now, I bought a tent from Perfect Deal through Pay Just Now, and a wrong tent was delivered and I returned it. Now it is mission impossible to get my refund from Pay Just Now. I have been calling their Cape Town Number Lord Knows how many times, they keep you on hold, then they tell you they cannot answer your call and they will call you back which they never do. I waiting for over 15 minutes on the queue until I was number only to be told they cannot take my call, after I was sure I am being refered to a consultant. They always refer you to the chat on the app, where you talk to a robot, they take forever to refer to a real person. All I want is my money back, I started last week trying to get someone to assist me, and they told me they were waiting for an instruction from Perfect Dealz, to indicate if it is a full refund. I contacted Perfect Dealz, and they sent me screenshots of communication with Pay Just Now, to confirm that the instruction was clarified. I even sent those screenshot on the robot chat on the App. But evertime I make an enquiry on their robot chat, I am asked if the merchant has submitted the instruction for a refund. The latest I was asked to send the e-mail of the merchant so that they can track the instruction. I am really disappointed and annoyed.
These people sent me an sms that they were going to debit for R99, I don't even know for what, I tried calling the number on the sms, could not go through and sent an email no reply, this morning 3am boom, R99 debited on my account.
