This company goes under many names (Including Limitless Conference Leadership and affiliates with Apollo Training Institute, which also doesn't exist) - all offering business courses. I get bombarded with numerous emails from them. I have unsubscribed many, many times but they still send. I have sent emails requesting them to stop. I have tried to email on some of the emails they supply on their course info, some do not exist. Their emails also look 'homemade' and don't hold the proper info on what a professional course should show. And the images they use are **** - and the speakers do not exist! Logos are badly made and low resolution. There are also posts online where people have paid them for these courses in full, and then the courses get constantly cancelled or rescheduled with no refunds. BIG ****!!!!! Stay away.
I have been dealing with Xtranet for over 16 years now. Their dedication to service delivery excellence is unfaltering. Ajay and his team offer dedicated and professional, yet personal, support. What ever my issue, they attend to it efficiently and timeously - nothing is too much effort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - whether you are a small sole prop or a large corporate.
I Have used Graeme and his team for over 8 years now - on 2 different homes. He is always a pleasure to deal with. His team are courteous, tidy and professional. He has done a range of jobs from dry walling to tiling to fixing floors to painting - and if he cant do it, he knows someone who can!

I received an email saying that they were delayed till end-November. Nothing arrived. I followed up a few times and only 1 mail was answered : "they are on their way either Friday or Monday". By mid-December, I had received nothing. I went on their website to find it has been taken down. I sent them a message on their Facebook page via Messenger - no reply. I sent their contact person a WhatsApp - no reply. I tried to phone their contact person - no reply. Eventually after losing my patience and sending an ultimatum - the lady replied saying it had already left the last week, and "did the courier not phone you?" They blamed the (reputable) courier who I use regularly with no issues. I voiced this experience on my Mum's Group to find that it's not an isolated one! Funny, my order arrived the next day (overnight delivery even though they said it had left the week before) - and the order was INCORRECT - they had just substituted an item, one I would never have chosen... Apparently, this has been done to a few other mums who also ordered! I will NEVER, EVER order from this group again. They have 0 customer service - and to be honest, I think if I didn't chase and demand my goods would most probably never have arrived!</div>
An absolute pleasure to deal with - from initial quote to installation to after service. They were one of the few that could do shutters for arched windows, and at a fraction of their competitors quote. I used them for arched windows, aluminium shutters and wooden standard shutters. I am more than happy - and their staff are friendly and efficient.
I contacted Herman for a quote and he came out to inspect the same day. I had a tricky pool that I wanted to deck around - and another who quoted said it was impossible. Herman's quote was extremely favourable and I felt very confident in his promises - and he delivered. His team were on time each morning, worked like trojans and left the site spotless each day. I am so thrilled with my deck and pool area - it is better than I expected and transformed my property. Herman and his team are a pleasure to deal with - real artisan, craftsman - which is hard to comeby these days... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DeckedOut.
I bought one of their cleaners online. After about 7 months of use there was a small tear in the diaphragm. I contacted the HQ in Jhb who referred a CT agent to me. Within the day I received a phone call to make a time for replacement. There was no interrogation or run-around - it was amazing. They sent a team around to my house literally the next day and opened up the machine and replaced the part onsite- quick, efficient and friendly. I cannot praise their customer service enough. Great staff and great attention. It's so appreciated.
It's a pleasure dealing with Gerlinde. She is always upbeat, positive and enthusiastic. She works quickly and efficiently and delivers on deadline. She has great ideas and solutions to tricky client requests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
They don't even deserve 1 star!! WORST EXPERIENCE trying to cancel contract!!!!! I decided to port my number to another provider because of a better deal. I went through the steps of enquiring about early cancellation fee etc. Doing everything by the book. They tried their best to offer me a matching deal, but having been with them since 1995 - and received no real loyalty in return I decided to still move... I made payment on the amount requested - which INCLUDED December as stated on the statement/invoice. And My DD had already gone through as well. I asked for an email stating cancellation was in affect and final - and received it. (We won't go into the issues I had of Vodacom stalling the porting of my number and not being able to receive calls from some service providers for days afterwards which took numerous calls and emails to try and sort! Maybe that's another post!!) Then at the end of the month I received notification that Vodacom have debited my account for the next month's fee. (my account was supposed to have been cancelled and over) I spend literally hours trying to get through - being passed from one department to another - or just being cut off. To try and get someone to answer the 'why?' was like drawing blood from a stone!!! I eventually sent an email and a lady phoned me to say that it was a system error and that I must reverse it - and that my account is definitely cancelled. I even received a statement a week later which showed my NIL balance. I owed NOTHING!! Vodacom cancelled. The end... well, no! 1 month later... Today I received an email from attorneys saying my Vodacom account is in arrears, that I've been handed over and that if i didn't pay it would affect my credit rating. Again, I tried to contact Vodacom, got passed to various departments, was told the line was bad and that I would be phoned back - but never was. Again spending hours trying to get through, then once through, to someone who could actually help - and no one could - or did - or would!... I sent emails to all the email addresses I could find - received no contact only automated replies...etc. I then sent the statements and correspondence from Vodacom to the lawyers - and was called by them. A lady listened to my story - and said I basically have to pay or I'll be handed over to the Credit Bureau and the credit rating affected. I tried to explain - ad that even my statements said NIL is owed. She just stonefaced and basically said I have to pay. I have now paid purely because I want a clean credit rating - but all I can say is I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use or support anything that has anything to do with Vodacom. They make it so difficult to resolve any issues - especially when it is their fault. Trying to contact them is downright impossible and their call centre people can't help with anything (like they just read from a manual) and just put you through to the 'press 1 for..." instead of the correct departments. I will sing this story like a flippen canary to everyone who will listen and make sure everyone I know STAYS AWAY from Vodacom. In my eyes they are crooks.
