Debt solutions took my money and did not pay a lawyer or have any court order in place. They didn't pay my creditors according to the agreement and MFC almost repossessed my vehicle. 2 years later and they refuse to issue mfc a clearance certificate they ignore my emails and texts . And mfc won't remove my account of debt review.. although they can see I pay them directly every month.. How do I get this matter sorted out?
MFC refuses to assist regarding my account. Says under debt review.. yet there isn't any legal documentation.. I have since debt with the *****ulent debt company and complained via NCR ..2 years later and MFC still has me under debt review status ..numerous calls ans emails back and forth and no one seems to be able to assist...Ruan Botes from 2 years ago who said he will extend my contract by 2month more ..as the debt company never paid the stipulated amount .and Mr H Masinga since Jan this year ..who did nothing to help but send me another letter on the 17th stating my debt review application has been successfully? Who exactly app**** for debt review on the 17th Jan 2024? No answers no assistance a 5 year term contract is now sitting on 11 years this is so stressful and upsetting...as a single mom to have to deal with extra unnecessary stress.. MFC needs better ways of helping their customers I have never missed a payment since 2020.

I tried to email pnp customer care regarding split Frankfurters. I couldn't get Tru on their email.. Surely a big complany such as pick n pay should have email ls that work.... Anyway there the mail I wanted to send... Good morning I visited the westwood pick n pay yesterday afternoon and purchased a pack of ****tail frankfurters.. I want dto put them into my daughters lunch box.. Thank God I decided to taste one.. And it was sour and vial tasting it was weighed in the deli... And has an expiration date of 26.06.2020.. I am. An essential worker at I work for Netcare and finish work at 6pm today and tomorrow.. It's terrible that u guys do not check urls stock on the deli... Especially with all this covid taking place... Good day I am. Totally disgusted with your credit facility.. I called the call center.. Because I'm smart shopper card declined due to too many incorrect pin attempts... Today I tried again to purchase groceries for my elderly mum... And even tho I called and had my pin reset again.. Declined.. The store can see I have 1500credit available and will not allow me. To have my groceries.. I have used my card many times previously and too experience this kind of treatment especially when things are on lock down is utterly terrible service... And no one can help.. I called the vitality call center and asked to cancel my membership with immediate effect this was at the end of February.. And guess what it is now end of March and they are still debiting my account.. What part of no I cannot afford this membership at this period.. I am a single mom.
Absolutely useless.. The call center agents can't even hear correctly.. Due to load shedding false activations have been happening and now ADT wants to charge me.. They couldn't get a hold of me via cell but refused to call my work... Now they expect me to wait for the money to be deducted before I can log a dispute.. And once the guy just rocked up here and questioned my 12 year old asking her if she was selling drugs. I mean what on earth.. Then to cancel this pathetic service we get told about a fee that needs to be paid. The call center can never seem to get a senior person to answer any questions.. And they put you on hold forever..
