hellopeter - can you action the blocking of this site? Ordered and paid for a product - zero response, zero updates, bogus address listed and I know I have just lost R2590. Surely you can report on behalf of all the complainants?0 replies

You only loose when using this site!
Unreliable online service from Carethy. Based in Spain, service to South Africa is disappointing. My order for basic vitamins was processed, then 3 weeks later I was notified no stock, I then cancelled on 17Jul2020. Weekly follow-ups for refund status, standard response always technical issues. Hellopeter: the public should be protected from these sites, please take this up as a challenge and protect the eCommerce space.0 replies
