On Monday 5 May 2025, i went to the traffic department to apply for professional Driving permit.at the counter, i was told thy could not process the payment for the PrDP because a traffic fine is blocking the transaction. i was issued with a paper that shows a traffic fine under the Johannesburg Metro Police department dated March 2021 to be paid at the local ABSA before my PrDP can be processed. it was very funny that only one traffic fine out of the many was highlighted.Upon arrival at the ABSA bank branch in Brits, the cashier demanded the fine to be paid in cash and i told him that i do not have cash and would like to make a card payment. i was then told to wait as the system is offline. after an hour of waiting, the cashier told me that they cannot accept the payment as the system is still down. i therefore logged into my computer and checked the fine under the Pay my fine website and made an online payment. upon return to the traffic department, i told the cashier that ABSA could not take the payment because the system was down and that i made an online payment on Pay my fine. when itried to show her proof of payment, she said it is fine and processes my PrDP. i suspect there is a cash **** on traffic fines targeting unsuspecting and desperate people at the traffic department. the document i was given to go to ABSA was teared to remove the header with the name of the cashier that printed it. However, the same cashier is the one that took my payment and her names appear on the PrDP. there is *******ion happening at the traffic department and i am willing to produce all the evidence to fight this.
The company gave me run around for over 6 months to cancel a contract that had expired more than 3 years ago in December. When I threatened to take the matter to social media in May, they finally issued a cancellation certificate. However, they keep loading debit order every month for 4 months now.
Cartrack is a scam and Fraudster of a business. When I wanted to cancel the subscription of a device not functioning and fully paid, they frustrated me for six months without any help. The cancellation was finally done more than 4 months ago after threatening to go social media. However, they are still loading debit order every even after they issued cancellation letter. Disgusting
On 24 December 2021 I opened two cases of assault and Malicious damage to property at Madibogo Police Station. The Two J88 forms duly completed by medical doctor were submitted to substantiate the extent of injuries. After 72 hours of opening the cases on 27 December 2021, the cases has not been allocated to an invesigating officer. The sad part is that according to the case numbers allocated, the average daily cases registered at this police station is 1.9 yet they still failing to attend to cases in good time. The ministry of police and police commissioner’s always preach the 72 hour turnaround time but here I am. The police station landline goes straight to voicemail.
The levels of service delivery at the Kroonstad is way beyond bad. I visited the institution on 13 December to renew vehicle license and the staff only start arriving after 08:00 when the office is supposed to open at 8. As this was not enough, they start chatting to each other and drag their feet only to start assisting at 08:45. They even have the guts to chat on Whatsapp while attending to customers. I can name and shame but I will reserve this for later.
I ordered a pizza from Debonnairs Southgate in Johannesburg and got a message that the pizza is on its way. I turned the driver track and the driver drove all over with my order making deliveries. The driver only arrived at my place after an hour of collecting the Pizza and I drove to the store to collect my money. A similar event happened in August. It is clear Southgate Debonnairs is beyond recovery.
I have been with Standard bank for over 15 years and on 20 April 2021 I applied for vehicle finance pre approval online. It has been almost a month and no one has contacted me until now. This is the most appalling service and I am prepared to switch to another bank.

The highest level of incompetence from the account department for sending multiple outstanding account emails after numerous submission of confirmation of payments that was made a day after the service was rendered.
