Very poor service and communication is poor. When trying to speak to them no-one calls you back and tickets/complaints are closed. I would not deal with them again, I would rather suffer
Most pathetic service and lies from them. Applied for them to take over a ISP and they asked if I wanted a router included, I said yes, I received the invoice for the router. I was then told that the router I had would suffice and did not need to order a new router and now I am told i need a router and need to pay R999 for a new router instead of as per the original invoice I have for R249. I would never have cancelled with the old ISP if I knew Axxess was so full of themselves. I will let everyone know exactly what service they provide and talk anyone against going with Axxess.
