I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Proline Express Sandhurst. Last year I was involved in a minor fender bender and my insurance directed me to Proline Express Sandhurst for the repairs. As part of the repair work, both headlights on my vehicle were replaced. When I collected the car, I was satisfied with the work done. However, a few months later during the rainy season, I noticed that the front right headlight had developed a leak. This resulted in the light malfunctioning, and the daytime running light no longer works. I contacted Proline Express and brought the vehicle back for inspection. Their team confirmed that there was no visible damage to the headlight and acknowledged that the issue appeared to be a fault with the unit itself. They attempted to fix and pressure test the light, but unfortunately the problem still persists. Despite acknowledging that the light is faulty and that it was supp**** and installed by them during the repair, I have now been told that there is nothing further they can do. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing. When parts are replaced as part of an insurance repair, one would reasonably expect those parts to be functional and free of defects. It is frustrating to be left with a faulty component that was installed during the repair process, with no clear resolution offered. I hope that Proline Express will review this matter and take responsibility by providing a proper resolution, such as replacing the faulty headlight.
