its with a very heavy heart that i have to do this, to shed some light on my financial service provider. i had bought a car from a registered car-dealership in Sept 2019. I logged a complaint with the dealership in question. had no feedback or resolution from them, and since my finance house is Wesbank, i email them and logged a valid complaint about the vehicle i had bought. NO HELP FROM WESBANK ALSO. I have now gone through consumer commissioner. I am appalled by the way WESBANK handled the matter, clearly- if the normal person logges a complaint- they just dont care- but let it be a person of money and title- WESBANK would of soughted this out asap. I would not be suprized if the dealership paid them off. who knows.
i purchased a car from M&S Motorlink in Benoni in Sept 2019 where the air con was not working, mind you- i came from PORT ELIZABETH had to travel down with the car and no air-con. I was told by Waseem that they will sort it out . its 24 March stil no resolution. Im sorry, i would not recommend people buying from this dealership. They have no after sales sevice for their clients.
