Mweb has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with it takes ages for them to get back to you and on top of that they never contact you if you have made a query.
I have had an awesome time playing goldrush online casino up until last week Sunday. I have won a nice Jackpot and withdrew my winnings by mistake selected the wrong account which was an FNB easy zero account which has a set limit of 14000 per month and only 3000 per day although it was my mistake i had no help from them in solving the problem. So the funds bounced back to their account i had the most difficult experience in trying to recover my winnings. They insisted on a statement of which i could not provide them as the funds never entered my account there was no valid transaction so nothing apeared on statements. After spending a total of 7 Hours in fnb bank trying to get a solution my bank service advisor finally explained to the payouts supervisor that the funds would be returned and there wont be any info on the statements regarding this issue. He then accepted the explanation and agreed to credit my winnings. Up until now 2 days later i have yet to recieve anything. When asking for feedback i get ignored and no response from the agents on duty. I feel that as I customer I should be treated better and not as a ******** after i have spent money and won money on the casino. It truly is an amazing casino but the way i was treated by the agents i feel that this could have gone a way lot better if my winnings are just credited to me like i am entitled to have it. This whole situation was unfair.

When asking for help on numerous occasions with several different agents they have been rude and lacked the will to help me fix my problem. After spending a total of 7 hours in fnb bank to try and get a bank statement requested by goldrush of dates which no transactions happened on as it did not appear on my statement the payment they had made unfortunatle for me the payment bounced back to goldrushes account as the amount was greater than the max limit of the account of which is an fnb easy zero. I had not known that the limit ap**** to deposits. After 1 full week i finally managed to convince the payment supervisor by letting him talk to a bank consultant which was more than happy to explain the way an easy zero account works. The payment supervisor then agreed to pay me back whats owed to me. This happened past Saturday it is Monday already iland i have yet to recieve my credits. I feel as a human being i have been treated like a ******** and am not amused by the way they are currently ignoring me... I am tired of the agents telling me they will escalate the matter so i am now escalating the matter. I just want what is owed to me by Goldrush. I recieve no feedback or input on the current situation of things and this after the supervisor agreed to sort me out. No i am getting ignored with no input or status on whats happening. This service is apauling and i do not like the way this situation is handeled and how i am treated in the process.

Warranty doesn't mean anything to this place i have had the worst experience with the Hisense Service centre. I have teied to do a warranty claim against my television a 58 inch lcd. One day just got home from work switched it on and found a very visible black line and time progressed to 3 days later there was a whole bunch of lines so contacted Hisense service department and they sent out a technician to come and assess the problem. The Technician informed me that this is a factory related issue and that it has been found before he then informed me that they will most likely replace the unit. Up until yesterday i recieved a e-mail from Hisense stating that repairs are categorized as complete although nothing has been done yet. Phone them and apparently the technician report stated the unit is damaged due to neglegence. I contacted the technician and he told me that he has not mentioned such a thing on his report now im confused why would the technician say something and Hisense something else utterly disgusted with the level of service i am receiving from hisense. This is not fair towards the customer.
Batho Pele legal services also known as bplegal contacted my Mother to inform her my late father who passed away in 2010 while on duty had unclaimed funds that they need to pay her. She told them that my father had passed and they said al they need is a few documents to release the payment. The documents where sent on 12 January 2020 to which they replied the claim will pay within 6 weeks, it has now been 3 months after countless mails sent and trying to make contact with them there has been no success and no communication from their side. No update no nothing The service is utterly awful in my opinion and I would not recommend their services to anyone if their service is of this quality.
Was contacted about unclaimed funds of my late father by Batho Phele legal services they requested documents which was sent to them on the 8th of January 2020 they replied the 24 January 2020 they have sent the documents to the NBCRFLI and stated payout times is within six weeks since now 25 March 2020 have not heard anything and no further contact is being made this utterly really bad service. When trying to contact the NBCRFLI a very rude person was reluctant to help me in this matter.
The worst service I have ever had dealt with, my father passed away in 2010 while on duty and he has a provident fund with Liberty which is a deathclaim. All relevant documents have been sent to them since 12 January 2020 i have been trying to resolve this matter with liberty corporate and to this day am not satisfied with the service i am getting from them as i am sending countless mails to the deathclaims department with no response and no results. They male no attempt to cantact me or reply to any mails if they do reply they take forever.
