Bad business
Took a deposit Ended up in an accident and did Communicate that! Said wil send he’s brother to bring my stuff. Than disappeared never heard from again until 2 months later where he said he has my material ! Wanted to bring it but I don’t need it anymore as I made other arrangements. Asked for my money back ? No communication even after a month so it’s 3 months . As far as I’m concerned he’s a ***** Saying you want to bring the material is one thing ! Bringing it is another. Now not responding again to my messages. Don’t have email add Only cell WhatsApp communication.

Took R17600 deposit and ran Was on social media until and put a comment and now the company no more there. Can’t find it on social media unless I was blocked

Worse service ever
Worse customer service ever Had my windscreen replaced Few days ago Didn’t touch the vehicle for 2 days to allow for it to set When I finally got into the vehicle to adjust the rear view mirror it literally broke off. The rear view mirror came of with a chunk of the windscreen without it cracking instead just a piece of glass where it was stuck came of with the rear view mirror. I’m no mirror expert but I’m sure this is not suppose to happen. When calling them whoever answered the phone called me a liar. Best advise Stay away from them

Matrix tracker leaving car battery flat
Hi Anyone struggling with battery being drained with this matrix tracker ? I have been complaining since last year !! I have had endless problems with matrix and getting stuck! Unit was removed from 1 vehicle to another and is doing the same thing ! Now they want to send it to dealer while you sit without a vehicle ! I had called plenty of times but I just can’t win! Client services are a joke !😡😡😡😡 Anyone has had this experience ? What can one do? I want this removed asap!
