I have had the worst service with this letting agent (company). They sell you lies that things will be fixed and when you request that they pay you your deposit back they start ignoring your emails. I moved into an apartment in Winchester and I had one problem after the other and when I asked them to fix these things they always refer to the landlord yet they are meant to have their own contractors doing this for them. I had no hot water, taps leaking. If you want a peaceful and Happy agent find another one not these ones. At this rate I am not even sure if I will get my deposit back or money back even though I was still in the Cool off period of my lease. All they are after are sales and empty promises, lies. I requested my refund and none of my emails were acknowledged yet the landlord advised he has no issues with refunding me and deducting the two days I stayed there. I was requested to forward my bank details which I did and no response whatsoever from them In these covid times things should be sorted when you have not moved in but with them NO it is the exact opposite of that. All I want is my refund to move to a place that i know I will be treated like a paying tenant. If you want to be stressed like you never paid rent or deposit go this route.
They have the worst support and never get back to you. You are referred to a chat and email service then boom opps we missed your chat or email. How the hell does that happen when I have put my query on that email or chat and then I get no response I bought 5g unlimited which comes with a router and a week down the line this rubbish does not work at all Followed every step to activate but this rubbish can not connect at all. I have been requesting assistance before the shut down and now that it's shut you are going to come up with your uncessary excuses of shut. I am ****ed how do I get my refund and go to a network that is hustle free for me cause this stupid 5g router is just on pulls electric in my home with no connection. How useless can you be honestly as a service provider 699 went down the drain surely I donated it to you guys. Now I would appreciate a refund and someone to pick up this ****** useless router with no Internet connection on my home I have followed every IP step but **** Why do we not get any feedback you all need to learn from Afrihost or other service providers like Sonic very quick to attend to queries and advice Clearly you have incompetent employers that you pay to type opps what the ****ery is that
