A month ago I viewed a property with Michael Hume. He was so rude from the start. No manner of Speaking to Customers. I asked him for financials of the body corp and I received old info. I requested for recent financials. And two weeks after chasing him for info he told me the property is sold to a cash buyer. He actually told me he is not desperate or begging for my sale 😞 Compliant about his Conduct to his Manager. She rep**** sorry property is sold

Good Day. I would like to warn owners of this estate agents, The tenant didn't pay and only when I asked why property cloud isn't paying me then I was told that the tenant didn't pay, the best out of this was they didn't even know that the place has been standing empty for a while already , just that this makes more sense, the agent that is supposed to take care of my place, lives right around the corner and has to pass my place to go to the shop, he didn't even notice it then. Then when I lost my cool ( not the first time due to poor service ) then their accounts lady start to insult me over the phone, while she is in the wrong, instead of sorting out the problem, So this whole accounts department goes to a stand still when she is sick, and the contract has changed from the one tenant to the next tenant!!!!!!!!! NO REFUNDABLE finders fees when a tenant runs away 2 months later When I said I am going to place my experience here I was told " you are go and do it" I have emails to proof all of this

I am not happy. I moved in the current place on the 31st of January 2021. The agent informed me the I shouldn't light all the lights in the house or use the electricity alot as its expensive. As did as she said but in feb she didnt send me the water bill she want it in March which was feb and March with was 700 and something for 2 months. This month she says when am I paying for the water and electricity as she sent the email. And she didn't as I have been monitoring my emails waiting. She says that the electricity is 900 this month but how when we arent using the electricity. When I remind her that she said dont use alot. Yet the bill is high. She said the corporate body does the electricity bill and she will send the break down on Saturday and still nothing. She said I must minus the cleaning fee as when I moved in. As the place wasnt cleaned. She needs to out the battery fee of 56 rand as well as the 300 for the cleaning fee on the invoice with the electricity fee break down.

I have had the worst service with this letting agent (company). They sell you lies that things will be fixed and when you request that they pay you your deposit back they start ignoring your emails. I moved into an apartment in Winchester and I had one problem after the other and when I asked them to fix these things they always refer to the landlord yet they are meant to have their own contractors doing this for them. I had no hot water, taps leaking. If you want a peaceful and Happy agent find another one not these ones. At this rate I am not even sure if I will get my deposit back or money back even though I was still in the Cool off period of my lease. All they are after are sales and empty promises, lies. I requested my refund and none of my emails were acknowledged yet the landlord advised he has no issues with refunding me and deducting the two days I stayed there. I was requested to forward my bank details which I did and no response whatsoever from them In these covid times things should be sorted when you have not moved in but with them NO it is the exact opposite of that. All I want is my refund to move to a place that i know I will be treated like a paying tenant. If you want to be stressed like you never paid rent or deposit go this route.

The agent that I am dealing with is useless, I have applied for a rentals house more than one week ago, and I have paid for my ITC check and have heard nothing so far. The agent name is " Louanne’’, she was very quick to get the documents done, but every time I ask het for a update, she will tell me the owner is still busy

The electricity contract was with Triple M which ended in April 2015. it was changed to Prop Cloud. Triple M used to send us Electricity bills via e-mail or preferred means of communication and also hand delivered to each unit. On the 19/05/2015 our electricity was cut off for most tenants (except those who use prepaid) and we were requested to pay May's electricity and a reconnection fee of R700 before the electricity can be switch on. Non of the tenants including me received our bill as per normal before the decision to disconnect the electricity was taken. The guy who is contracted to disconnect the electricity had to deal with dissatisfied tenant who blamed him. I am extremely disappointed at the way this matter was handled by The Property Cloud. <br> <br> I asked for proof that they send me the bill, they sent me some screen-print of my bill including the disconnection fee. We had to be without electricity for hours and some tenants had to spend the whole night without electricity because of someone else's mistake. They do not know what TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) means and how to apply it.<br> <br> I want my disconnection fee to be refunded to me or carried over to the next month.
