Poor service, treats you bad when they are in the wrong

Good Day.

I would like to warn owners of this estate agents,

The tenant didn't pay and only when I asked why property cloud isn't paying me then I was told that the tenant didn't pay, the best out of this was they didn't even know that the place has been standing empty for a while already , just that this makes more sense, the agent that is supposed to take care of my place, lives right around the corner and has to pass my place to go to the shop, he didn't even notice it then. Then when I lost my cool ( not the first time due to poor service ) then their accounts lady start to insult me over the phone, while she is in the wrong, instead of sorting out the problem, So this whole accounts department goes to a stand still when she is sick, and the contract has changed from the one tenant to the next tenant!!!!!!!!! NO REFUNDABLE finders fees when a tenant runs away 2 months later

When I said I am going to place my experience here I was told " you are go and do it"
