I tried to raise my concern about the Campus in Mondeor. But when I spoke to the Head of Edu-Build Florize Adolph on an email. She told me if I post anything on social media about Edu Build she will hand me over to their Lawyers. I think this is the reason why there is so little complaints on this platform. Maybe I Should not... I should be scared right?
Faulty Air fryer. They keep on fixing the digital display. And it keeps on breaking. They don't want to refund me. No response at all. Bad service. Bad Product. Rather buy the HI sense air fryer
It's been 2 Months since handing in my Bennett read Air fryer for the second time in A 6 month period. Bennett Read does not respond at all. And Makro keep on responding with positive Answers on Hello Peter . But I am still without the product I bought to cook for my family on a daily basis. I have no option but to report Makro and Bennett Read to the consumer council as I am not getting any positive responses from both Companies. They have my money and I am without the product.
Second complaint for Bennett Read Air fryer. Air Fryer return for the second time. I had to spend money again to deliver to makro to fix. And they phoned after four weeks come fetch your air fryer. More petrol money but this appliance was bought online with free delivery. Now it's my problem. Petrol for pickup and dropping of is far more that what I spend on the actual price for the Air fryer. I'm loosing big time. At this stage I have pick it up again but I don't have any money. I phone supervisors at Returns at Makro they didn't return my call for more than two weeks. Speechless
Bought a Bennette Read air fryer online November 2023, free delivery. Broke 6 months later. When I asked if Makro can they pickup the faulty air fryer they said no. I must bring it to the store. Arrived at the store they booked it in. Waited 3 weeks for repair . After two months its broken again same problem. Back to the store again. They told me they cannot replace it has to repaired 3 times before they replace it. petrol to and from the Makro store Crown Mines cost me R200 petrol per occasion and three weeks without the product. still without the air fryer and R800 Petrol from my pocket. I will never buy from Makro again their online shop does not work as well as Take allot. They should even call it online shopping. Repair no 2906852 and Repair no 2918348

A month ago I viewed a property with Michael Hume. He was so rude from the start. No manner of Speaking to Customers. I asked him for financials of the body corp and I received old info. I requested for recent financials. And two weeks after chasing him for info he told me the property is sold to a cash buyer. He actually told me he is not desperate or begging for my sale 😞 Compliant about his Conduct to his Manager. She rep**** sorry property is sold
This is My fourth Complain for the same Glass Hop. Plates not working ,Glass heats up and switches off automatically after 1hour. The senior technician (Mark)came out to declare the hob Useless. After 4 visit for the same stove. Two weeks after I am still without "the glass hop" Cooking on a one plate gas stove for family of six. Head office phoned but they even more *********** than Johannesburg Branch. Invoice was send to replace Hop but to no Avail. They dont care about their Customers at all
I bought a glass hop from DEVY. The stove was repaired but keeps on breaking. The Manager was here to come and repair the stove himself. Still giving the same problems. Digital display is not working. I dont know how am I suppose to cook for my family its been almost 2 weeks since I have reported and I receive a case no only. The Manager has the history but I'm just being ignored.
I bought a glass hop at Game . Trouble started 3 months after I bought it. 6 months after reported it to Game Devy technicians came out and said they needed a part. Week after that they came to replace. After they worked on the stove main plate not working. Another 3 to 4 weeks struggling to cook. Game blames Devy. Is this how a brand new stove is suppose to work. Mostly not working.
