How these guys are still operational is beyond me. I placed an order 3 times for a 16" rubber kids dartboard with safety darts, each time it was ordered I have paid more in price. This is not the frustration side, what is, is the item that has been sent to me. 3 times I have received a 12" paper dartboard game (solid dartboard) with sharp steel tipped darts? To make matters worse is that these people think that a customer is stupid enough to think otherwise when they stick a barcode sticker that says 16" rubber dartboard set on a cling-wrapped item above the actual label that say 12" dartboard game.
The called me to offer an upgrade. Gave the lady the chance to speak on what was to be offered. Answered the basic questions of who I bank with, debit order date and where I am during the day, and will receive a message to accept the upgrade. After the call I receive a message saying the upgrade is being processed with no confirmation or approval. I emailed them cancelling and that I didnt approve the upgrade. Received another message stating that the device is with the courier and will be delivered in 72hrs. Thank goodness to vodacom customer care, its cancelled.
Beyond disgusted. R700 for a meal for my family that I cannot eat. Pubic hair in the meal, over cooked buffalo wings that were tough, and missing part of the meal. Was told that they will fix this with the next order and that they will get back to me later when they speak to the bosses. No offer to replace or refund by the manager
If I could give no stars I would. Self help service is ****** useless, all contact numbers don't work and when they do they are automated and are useless. WhatsApp line there is no help. We pay a fortune to utilize this service and what do you get - vok all!
